1.1. MAIN OBJECT

The Company’s principal object, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and internationally, for its own account or on behalf of third parties, acting independently or in partnership with any natural or legal person, is to carry out the following activities:

Corporate Purpose Clause

More generally, the Company may carry out any commercial, industrial, financial, securities, real estate, civil, or other operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to facilitate its development and achievement.
