TAMÁS JÁSZBERÉNYI
Co-CEO

Tamás Jászberényi,

Executive Director and Co-CEO of GED Africa, brings over 25 years of experience in finance and management across Europe. He began his career in banking and has served as Group-level CFO of the project sponsor, Duna Group, in Hungary. Since 2020, Tamás has applied his extensive industry knowledge and experience at GED Africa, while continuing to hold a management position within the project sponsor.

KLAUS FINDT
Co-CEO

Klaus Findt,

Executive Director and Co-CEO of GED Africa, brings more than 25 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary projects and providing transactional advice across the Americas, Europe, and Africa. His extensive background includes advisory roles and directorships in transport, energy, and utilities sectors. Prior to joining GED Africa, Klaus served as the Africa Market Leader and Chief Operating Officer for Infrastructure and Major Projects at KPMG. He has successfully led projects in sub–Saharan Africa and beyond.

KIMBERLY BARKER
Head of Legal

Kimberley Barker,

Executive Director and Head of Legal, Compliance and HR at GED Africa, brings over 12 years of international commercial law experience in corporate and public company environments. She specialises in executive group legal and compliance management, providing strategic legal counsel for transnational projects across diverse sectors. Prior to joining GED Africa, she advised international and multi-business organisations, navigating complex regulatory landscapes and multicultural environments with expertise in matrix organisations.

YUSUF RAJA
Board Member

Yusuf Raja,

Board Member at GED Africa, brings over 23 years of experience in environmental and sustainability management across Africa and the Middle East. He has worked as a Regulator, Consultant, and Client, guiding technical and environmental aspects throughout major infrastructure and integrated planning projects. Educated in South Africa, with masters modules at Imperial College London and Warwick Business School, Yusuf combines environmental, business, planning, and project management expertise and is actively involved in humanitarian and community development projects.

Board Member

Lana So Wan Yuen,

Associate Director at Axis and Board Member at GED Africa, brings extensive experience in fiduciary, corporate, and fund administration services. A fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK), Lana has managed portfolios for leading corporations, family businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. Lana specialises in the set-up and administration of corporate and asset protection structures, with expertise in accounting, tax, trusts, foundations, and corporate restructuring. She is also a member of MIPA, MIOD, and STEP.

ASSAD Abdullatiff
Board Member

Assad Abdullatiff,

Managing Director of Axis and Board Member at GED Africa, brings over 20 years of experience in corporate law, governance, tax planning, fund administration, company secretarial matters, trusts, and estate planning. He provides strategic advice to clients, serves as an Independent Director on multiple Mauritian companies, and has held leadership roles with STEP Mauritius and STEP Worldwide. He holds an LLB Hons from the University of Wolverhampton, an LLM in Business Law from the University of Hertfordshire, and is a Barrister-at-Law in Mauritius.
